Piano Tuning Prices

 ​Time needed: 1.5-2 hours

This service is ideal for:

• piano tuning has occurred within the last two years.
• has no apparent piano repairs needed (sticky keys, etc.)

This service is ideal for pianos that are tuned every 6 to 12 months.  In addition to a complete piano condition report, this package includes minor repairs and adjustments to keys, pedals, minor voicing and minor regulation issues at no extra cost. 

 Time needed: 2.5-3  hours

This is the most common service; if this is my first appointment with your piano, this is one of the options you will want to consider . It  is ideal for:

• No piano tuning in the last two years, and/or;
• Pianos over 30 years old (Built before 1990's)
• A piano you have acquired that you do not know its history

Overdue (and older) pianos usually take more time to tune and will require a second (possibly third trip) to begin to stabilize.

 Time needed:  1 to 1.5 hours

When a piano tuning  cannot be done without additional work, a complete estimate of piano repairs and an evaluation of the piano will be provided.
